Located between East 93rd Street and East 94th Street, the site enjoys convenient access to public transportation, with the saratoga Avenue subway station (2, 3, 4, and 5 trains) nearby. Jacob Kohn is listed as the owner behind the project.

The proposed progress will stand 40 feet tall, encompassing 6,227 square feet of residential space. The building is expected to house ten residences, likely rentals, given the average unit size of approximately 622 square feet. The structure will be built of masonry and include a cellar and a 21-foot-long front yard.

Nikolai Katz Architect is the architect of record. While demolition permits are not anticipated, as the project involves a vertical expansion, an official completion date has yet to be announced.
