Nilin Sandra is the face that the public noticed through Karik’s web series ‘Samarthya Shastra’. The screenplay for the series was also written by Neele. Nilene says that when she mentioned that she was interested in cinema, her family created a big problem.
“When I said I was interested in film, there was no support at home. When I found out, there was terrible trouble at home. I was doing skits and skits. I won skits and mime at the national level. They didn’t liked it. They didn’t like acting in drama. They took me to meditation to avoid acting. But I remained determined. .
Now an aunt of mine says I am a hard worker and this is the result of my current success. In the past, this kind of ability of mine was called disobedience and beatings. There was tension about the audience saying there is no comedy in ‘Samarthya Shastra’. And Anu K. Aniyan is not in the series. There is no life or gemstone. This gave a lot of tension. Samarthya Shastra which started streaming on YouTube from Nov 16 was different from the usual Karik series, away from comedy. The series has provided audiences with an exciting story and cinematic experience. Anand Mathews, Kiran Viyat, Krishnachandran, Nileen Sandra, Sabreesh Sajin, Sneha Babu, Shiny Sara, Unni Mathews, Shins Shan, Neetu Chandran and Riju Rajeev were the main characters.
