Brothers Henrik and Daniel Sedin back in the Vancouver Canucks

It was in April 2018 that the now 40-year-old twins Henrik and Daniel Sedin announced that they stopped being active players in the Canucks after 18 seasons in the NHL team. But now they return as special advisers to the hockey team’s general manager Jim Benning. It writes Reuters.

The brothers come among other to work with all parts of the team’s development.

Henrik Sedin was the team captain between the years 2010 and 2018 and holds the record with most played matches (1,330), goal-scoring passes (830) and points (1,070).

– We are grateful and humbled by the opportunity to contribute to the team we care so much about, said Henrik Sedin in a comment.
