Erin Merdy, mother of three, was charged with three counts of first degree and nine second degree murder in connection with the death of her children, Zachary Merdy, 7, on September 12; Lilana Merdy, 4, and Oliver Bondarev, 3 months, according to District Attorney Eric Gonzalez.
