The long-awaited day has arrived. RTVE’s star signing, David Broncano, will make an appearance this Monday, September 9, in prime time television with his new program ‘La Revuelta’, a format that will maintain the essence of the old ‘Resistencia’ on Movistar Plus+ with its spicy questions but with some new features.

Broncano and his team from ‘La Revuelta’ come to the public with the intention of staying true to their essence, with the casual and roguish tone that has characterized them since their beginnings. As always, in addition to the Galician comedian, the program will be led by other well-known faces such as Ricardo Castella, Jorge Ponce or Grison.

In this sense, the programme is expected to feature personalities of all kinds, from artists from all walks of life to scientists and sportsmen. However, the identity of the programme’s first guest has not been revealed, and the mystery will remain until the programme is broadcast.

The programme, as usual on the Movistar Plus+ pay-TV platform, will be recorded on a delayed basis. Unlike its main competitors ‘El Hormiguero’ or the recent ‘Babylon Show’ by Carlos Latre, it is recorded during the afternoons from Monday to Thursday from 3:00 p.m., as indicated by the production company El Terrat on its website. The programme is then broadcast from 9:40 p.m. on RTVE.

All spectators who wish to attend the programme must be present at the Teatro Príncipe Gran Vía, in the heart of Madrid, from the aforementioned time. The recording is expected to finish at around 7:30 p.m., although it may take longer depending on the day.

The guest desired by Broncano

David Broncano has had the opportunity to interview a host of big names. From one of his idols, one of the most successful tennis players, Roger Federer, to the Williams brothers, Nico and Iñaki, players of Athletic Bilbao. In between, Carlos Alcaraz, Rafa Nadal, Ana Peleteiro, the MasterChef jury, Luis Zahera and Javier Gutiérrez and many more have also passed through. But, there is one person he would love to have sit on his sofa.

“I want Roger Federer to come back, but Mariano Rajoy has to come. I would like him to come to talk about the registry because I think he is still the property registrar. So, I would like him to come because it is a state-owned course and I would like to know how it works,” the presenter of La Revuelta revealed to RTVE Play.
