A group of 30 people, members of the Amitiés Européennes de Bron association, left Friday morning for Weingarten, Germany, to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the Bron-Weingarten twinning.
They will be received at the town hall of Weingarten, will plant a cedar dedicated to 60 years of friendship on Saturday morning and will be invited to an evening of festivities, and to a walk on Lake Constance on Sunday.
The delegation will take part in the traditional Guelph Day parade on Monday, before returning to Bron scheduled for late afternoon.
