The end-of-year celebrations are over and it’s time to part with your Christmas tree. To avoid any illegal dumping, intervention costs and above all to allow their recycling into compost, the Métropole de Lyon is setting up a network of collection points. In Bron, four areas are marked to welcome conifers, free of decorations and packaging, until January 18th.
Pitches have been set up in the Place de la Liberté (behind the Hôtel de Ville), Place Jean-Moulin and Place Curial, as well as in the Rue du Parc near the Maison des Essarts.
As a reminder, recycling centers also accept green waste. The closest are rue Barbezat in Décines, rue du Mâconnais in Saint-Priest, rue Jean-Moulin in Vénissieux as well as rue Alfred-Brinon and rue Paul-Krüger in Villeurbanne.
