Britt and Max met during the recording of her reality series Where There’s Smoke…It’s Britt & Ymke with Ymke Weiringa, in 2013. Max worked on the program as a cameraman and in the same year they announced their relationship. Last year he asked Britt to marry him.
Britt previously told LINDA. that her horse Johnny will have a special role in their wedding, and judging by the photos, she succeeded; in the first photo we see the happy bridal couple, with the horse very clearly in the background. ‘What a dream,’ Britt also writes on Instagram.
