Britt Dekker explains why this celebrity wasn’t at her wedding

Britt Dekker was piled up I got married two weeks ago. In front of the Shownieuws camera she explains how she looks back on this beautiful day, and why Eddy Zoey was not present at her wedding. (see video).

Eddy Zoëy commented recently Britt’s wedding is a personal ‘milestone’. This is because he was the presenter of the dating show Take Me Out for several years, in which Britt became a partner in 2009. The program became Britt’s breakthrough on TV.

“It’s unbelievable that we forgot to invite him. Even though he played such a big part in this wedding,” Britt’s husband, Max, jokes.

Britt says that only the friends they ‘see every month’ and their family were present at the wedding. “When you get married you just want to keep it very close and small,” she concludes her story.

For Max, the wedding could be celebrated on a smaller scale. He wanted to go to France with friends, but Britt wanted a big wedding. Eventually a compromise was found. According to Britt, they have chosen a ‘middle way’, but according to Max, the couple has come out a little more on Britt’s side. “You called yourself a minimalist, I thought it was a little less,” laughs Max. All in all, the couple had a fantastic day.
