Britney Spears has lashed out at her brother Bryan (45) on Instagram. According to the singer, the man stopped her from drinking alcohol during her shows in Las Vegas for years, but in the meantime he “filled himself with whiskey-colas” at her expense.

Spears also says her brother was not invited to her wedding to Sam Asghari, which took place last Thursday. On social media, the man showed that he had to choose between his sister’s marriage and a school performance by his daughter. “Bryan would have loved to be at Britney’s wedding, but as a good father he chose to be with our daughter,” his girlfriend wrote. “We wish Britney and Sam all the luck in the world!”
That sparked Spears’ tirade: “You were never welcome at my wedding, so why do you feel the need to post about me on social media? Do you really think I’d want my brother with me, who’s banned me from drinking a whiskey cola for four years? And did you think we were going to play brother and sister at my wedding, while you and mom would always hide coffee and alcohol when I got home? You know you hurt me on several counts, and you can feel it.”
“You know what, maybe I’ll pour myself a nice Jack Daniels and Coke tonight, look at the moon, and say Fuck you, Bryan† I know you are my blood, which is always stronger than water, but no family member would do to another what you have done to me.”
Britney also referenced an Instagram post from her brother from November 2021, when the singer escaped her father’s trusteeship after a years-long legal battle. Bryan then posted a photo of himself with Britney and both of their children. “Happy Brit Dependence Day! Proud of you, Brit!” the caption read. †Go fuck yourself, Bryan. Fuck you”, came the fierce reply now. The comments on all photos from Bryan James Spears’ Instagram page have since been removed.
