Rosengart said on Wednesday that he will do everything he can to get the directorship terminated and will investigate how it came about. According to him, father Spears should actually resign voluntarily, because it is in the interest of his daughter. “If he loves his daughter, it’s time to step aside so she can move forward.”
Jamie Spears’ lawyer, however, indicated that he would not resign voluntarily. “He loves his daughter and only wants the best for her. Many of her descriptions or memories are simply wrong.’

During the hearing, Britney Spears said in a new emotional testimony that she wants to sue her father and want an investigation into him. “You allow my father to destroy my life.
