British singer Sophie Ellis-Bextor admitted that she survived rape at 17.
She wrote about this in her memoirs, writes BBC News.
“I felt dirty, and also insecure about my feelings, because I had no other experience with which I could compare what happened,” – said Ellis-Bextor.
According to the singer, she met the 29-year-old guitarist at a concert. He invited her to his place, ostensibly to show her books. However, when he met, he began to pull off her underwear. According to her, she told the musician that she did not want sex, but he ignored her. As a result, in this way she lost her virginity with him.
