Jeffrey alleged in the indictment that Epstine had regularly sexually exploited him and lent it to other powerful men for sexual purposes. “One such mighty man (…) was the accused, Prince Andrew.”
Juffre claimed that Andrew had sexually abused her at Epstine’s girlfriend Gyle Maxwell in London more than 20 years ago, when she was only 17 years old.
“Epstine, Maxwell and Prince Andrew forced the plaintiff, a child, to have sex with Prince Andrew against her will,” the indictment said.
Andrew, 61, has categorically denied having sex with Jeffri and has said he does not remember meeting him.
Queen Elizabeth II’s second son, Andrew, announced in November 2019 that he was withdrawing from all state duties because of outrage at British society over his friendship with sexually accused Jeffrey Epstin.
The 38-year-old Jufre claims that Prince Andrew also sexually abused him in Epstine’s private home in New York and in Epstine’s private Little St. James Island in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
