70-year-old accountant Graham Wildin built a 10,000 sq. feet to his home in 2014. This was done by a man without proper building permission from the city council, which led to protracted litigation.

A British millionaire who illegally created “Britain’s finest men’s cave” revealed during a lawsuit that he sold it to a mysterious “Mexican gentleman” for £1. This is reported Daily Mail.

The man said he was tired of controversy and litigation after he served six weeks in prison for repeatedly refusing to demolish his building.

He built a huge 10,000 sq. feet to the back of his home in Cirencester, Gloucestershire, in 2014 without applying for a building permit from the local council.

On Wednesday, Wildin lost his latest legal battle after three High Court judges said the decision to jail him for disobeying a court order was the right one. He was given 18 weeks from his release from prison to comply with a previous ruling to render the “man cave” unusable.

In the Court of Appeal, the millionaire said he sold the complex to a Mexican for just £1 and provided land registry documents proving he was no longer the rightful owner. He also claimed that the complex was mothballed, with most of the contents passed on to other family members.

Wildin first sparked outrage among his neighbors when it was revealed in 2014 that he carried out the work without the necessary building permit. During court hearings, the man argued that the demolition of the luxury entertainment complex would bankrupt it and force 40 employees to be fired.

Previously Focus wrote that in Hollywood sell the former mansion of the singer Madonna. The estate, built at the beginning of the last century, was put up for sale for $21 million.

It was also reported that a unique hotel carved into the rock in the middle of the desert is opening in Saudi Arabia. The architect of the unique building will be Jean Nouvel, who created the Abgar Tower in Barcelona and the Louvre in Abu Dhabi.
