British intelligence also notes that Russia continues to maintain a blockade of the Black Sea coast of Ukraine, “effectively isolating Ukraine from international maritime trade.”
“The Russian navy also continues to launch sporadic missile strikes against targets throughout Ukraine,” British intelligence said.
