British general predicted when Putin will be swept out of the Kremlin

The top generals are the most dissatisfied group in Russia.

With a successful counter-offensive operation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the power of the President of Russia Vladimir Putin may noticeably weaken.

About it declared Former British Chief of Staff General Richard Dannat in an interview with Sky News.

“I would like to think that if the Ukrainian counter-offensive is sufficiently well planned, supported and executed, the Russian army will fall apart and run away. It is likely that Putin will be swept out of the Kremlin,” Dannat said.

If Kyiv receives more heavy tanks from Germany and the US, as well as fighter jets and other necessary weapons, the war could end as early as this year, the British general said.

He also noted that the military leadership of Russia is dissatisfied with Putin’s actions, therefore, most likely, it is they who will have a hand in making the president lose power.

“The Russian military high command doesn’t like that Putin has entered a war that they don’t agree with. I think it will be Gerasimov and the top generals who will kick Putin out,” he added.

Recall that the British military analyst Michael Clarke stated that, despite the absence of signs of a coup in the Russian Federation, there is tension within the Kremlin. And it is constantly growing due to failures at the front.

Earlier, political scientist Jason Jay Smart said that the head of the Wagner PPC, Yevgeny Prigozhin, could arrange coup d’état in Russia and take power away from Putin.
