Details: The report notes that Cameron, on the eve of his first visit to the US as minister, announced a new winter humanitarian aid package for Ukraine in the amount of £29 million, as well as a further £7.75 million for humanitarian work aimed at meeting the needs of the most vulnerable categories of the population of Ukraine.
“The funding provided is part of the UK’s total humanitarian assistance to Ukraine and the region of £127 million for 2023-24, announced at the Ukraine Recovery Conference in June,” the statement said.
The total military, humanitarian and economic support to Ukraine from the UK now amounts to 9.3 billion pounds sterling, the British government notes.
