There have been classic car gatherings in the renovated Ågenskalns market yard before, but this year was the first such thematic evening for cars. A wide spectrum of the British automotive industry was present at the event – starting with the small “Mini” and ending with the heavyweights of the automotive industry “Rolls-Royce” and “Daimler”.
The “British evening” was also honored by the British ambassador to Latvia, Paul Bramel. His driver with the company car “Range Rover P400e” also became one of the participants of the event for a short time.
The next “Youngtimer Rally” event will take place on June 28 at the Biķernieki track, when owners of classic cars will be able to drive around the race track in sporty mode.
