The concert of the British duo “Hurts” in “Arena Riga” has been postponed to October next year
Riga, November 25, LETA. The concert of the British duo “Hurts” in “Arena Riga”, which was originally scheduled for March 25, was postponed to October 8 next year, Līva Toniņa, a representative of “L Tips Agency”, informed LETA.
Toniņa said that due to the unpredictable development and limitations of the Covid-19 pandemic, there are concerns about the implementation of a concert of this scale in the spring, so the group has decided to postpone the entire tour to next autumn.
All tickets purchased so far are valid for the postponed concert, while ticket sales continue at “Biļešu serviss” box offices and in the “bilesuserviss.lv” network.
The duo “Hurts” was founded in Manchester in 2009 by vocalist Theo Hatchcrafts and multi-instrumentalist Adam Anderson. “Hurts” gained recognition with its 2010 debut album “Happiness”. Six singles from one record topped the various European charts. The album gained gold status in Great Britain and Austria, and platinum – in Germany, reaching at least the top ten in 12 European hits.
