Britain’s Deputy Prime Minister Raab resigned on March 21. It will be a blow to the Sunak government. An independent investigation into Mr Raab, who was accused of bullying government officials, found that his behavior was partly flawed.
“I feel obligated to accept the findings,” Raab said in a resignation letter to the prime minister. Most of the allegations against him were dismissed in the investigation, but he said two of the alleged complaints were “wrong.” He then criticized the findings, calling them “a dangerous precedent for good governance.” Raab posted the letter on Twitter.
