The UK’s cessation of supplies of long-range Storm Shadow missiles to Ukraine may be related to the depletion of the kingdom’s arsenals. Writes about this TASS with reference to The Sunday Times newspaper.

As the publication notes, citing sources in the defense sector, the British military command is not ready to transfer additional missiles to Kyiv, as it considers it necessary to have a sufficient number of Storm Shadows in its arsenal. This is necessary to protect the interests of Great Britain itself. In addition, according to the newspaper, the British military department does not lose hope that Washington will allow Kyiv to use Western long-range missiles to strike deep into Russian territory, and therefore the effectiveness of their use may be higher than now.
“We do not comment on operating reserves. However, Britain’s support for Ukraine is unshakable. The Prime Minister has always made it clear that his government will help Ukraine for as long as necessary,” — an official representative of the kingdom’s Ministry of Defense told the newspaper.
