Everyone knows – You’ve spent a lot of time in the kitchen and guests have arrived in their best attire. You will serve food but something is missing: BUTTER!
It’s almost unbearable: everything is perfect but the guests have to cut the butter because you forgot to take it out of the fridge.
But calm down. There’s a simple trick to avoiding the rock-hard butter on the table, and it’s so simple it makes you cry;
- Have a glass of water
- Heat it up quickly under hot running water or briefly put it in the microwave.
- Place the glass over the butter on the serving plate for two minutes and voila! The butter is soft and easy to work with.
