Brighton have made a new, improved offer to Shakhtar regarding the transfer of Ukrainian defender Mykola Matvienko. This is reported by an authoritative insider Fabrizio Romano.
Brighton are now offering 16 million euros plus 4 million bonuses. Shakhtar also rejected this offer: the Pitmen continue to demand 30 million.
Yesterday it was reported that Brighton offered 11 million euros for Matvienko. Matviyenko’s contract with Shakhtar runs until the summer of 2025.
