jpnn.com, JAMBI – One of the relatives of Brigadier J or Nofryansah Yosua Hutabarat, Reverend Royanto Situmorang, spoke about the negative accusations addressed to the adjutant of the inactive Propam Head of Division, Inspector General Ferdy Sambo.
The police previously said that Brigadier J had harassed Ferdy Sambo’s wife. His actions were caught by Bharada E, culminating in a shootout that killed Brigadier J.
Even though there was a negative impression, his relatives who claimed to have known Brigadier J for a long time, namely Reverend Royanto Situmorang, did not pay much attention to it.
Pastor Royanto even brought up Joshua’s attitude (as Reverend Royanto called Brigadier J) and claimed to know very well how Joshua was when he was a child.
“I know and remember the deceased as a kind and polite person. Since childhood I have known him because I also know his family as a priest,” said Reverend Royanto when interviewed on Thursday (21/7/2022).
Reverend Royanto added that there is one thing he will always remember from the late Joshua, namely his humble nature.
Even though he has become a member of the National Police, he said, Brigadier J’s humble attitude has not changed at all to other people.
“I have known him for a long time, even though he has become a police officer, his polite and humble nature has never changed,” he said.
