Uninstall Brigadier General Endar Priantoro from the position of Director of Investigations at the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) with long tails. Endar chose to report his removal to the KPK Board of Trustees.
Endar said he would report KPK Chairman Firli Bahuri and KPK Secretary General Cahya H. Harefa to the KPK Board of Trustees following their removal.
“What I will report tomorrow is on behalf of the Secretary General who signed the Termination Decree and the KPK leadership (FB) who signed the letter of intent,” said Endar when contacted. detikcomMonday (3/4/2023) evening.
Endar said the report would be filed on Tuesday (4/4) tomorrow. Endar will come directly to the KPK Dewas Building regarding the report.
“(Report) at 11 o’clock,” he said.
Firli Bahuri Removed Endar from the Director of Investigation of the KPK
Brigadier General Endar Priantoro now no longer serves as KPK Director of Investigation. The KPK said that the tenure of the one-star police officer had ended at the anti-corruption agency.
“Responding to information circulating in the community regarding the end of the KPK Investigation Director’s term of office, the KPK confirmed this,” said the Secretary General of the KPK, Cahya H. Harefa, “in a statement to detikcomMonday (3/4).
detikcom obtain documents related to the completion of Endar’s tenure at the KPK. This was stated in the Decree of the KPK Secretariat General number 152/KP.07.00/50/03/2023.
The letter was signed directly by KPK Secretary General Cahya H. Harefa. One of the contents of the decision contains a statement of the respectful discharge of Endar from the position of Director of Investigations at the KPK as of April 1, 2023.
Cahya admitted that Endar’s tenure at the KPK had ended on March 31, 2023. He said the KPK had sent a letter to the National Police regarding this matter.
“The KPK has delivered a letter of reprimand to the Polri as of March 30, 2023. Mr. Endar P’s tenure at the KPK ends on March 31, 2023,” said Cahya.
