On Wednesday, December 2nd, the technical committee of the municipality meets at 6.30 p.m. in the Rheinwaldhalle. Planning applications are to be discussed. The meeting of the municipal council closes at 7 p.m. The main topics here are: general drainage plan (GEP), information on the state of affairs and further processing, preliminary advice for upcoming budget consultations; Contract award of fresh water supply, model creation of the drinking water network and advice and resolution on applications for water law permits, construction and operation of a groundwater heat pump system in Hinterdorfstrasse.

After the “chicken to go” event in summer was a success, the Bombach sports club is organizing a “Nikolaus chicken to go” from December 4th to 6th. Chicken from the wood grill with homemade potato salad are offered. This time it is distributed sustainably in compostable packaging. The city’s “Committee for Education, Upbringing and Care” meets on Thursday, December 3rd at 7.15 pm in the town hall in Tutschfelden. The main topics are: Requirements planning for day-care centers in Herbolzheim for 2021/2022; Budget consultations 2021 (sub-budget 4). The meeting of the Committee on Security, Order and Social Affairs followed at 8.30 p.m. Topics here are: Presentation of the offer “Supplementary independent partial lifting advice (EUTB) and budget advice 2021 on partial budget 5.
KIECHLINSBERGEN
Local council meets
The Kiechlinsbergen local council meets on Wednesday, December 2nd, at 7 p.m. in the Weinberghalle. Topics include: notification of funds for the 2021 budget; Local supply: status report of the working group; Development plan Bischoffinger Weg: Creation of two accounting units and interpretation decision on the public display of the development plan (draft plan, justification and environmental report) together with the preliminary environmental statements and information for the duration of one month (draft resolution to the municipal council).

Christmas promotions
