Bridget posts two selfies of herself. And Mees. She writes that she is amazed at how ‘big, independent, responsible and funny’ Mees is. Despite his 14 years, Bridget rarely leaves him alone. “Mama always tries to organize her work so that when you’re with me, my time goes all the way to you.” By this she refers to co-parenting with Pepijn, Mees’ father.

Last weekend that was different for the first time. ‘You convinced me to do it, because it was too much fun to pass up. Bridget Maasland play in All stars and sons‘ she explains. According to her, Mees had a great time without his mother during the recordings.
‘We postponed together on Sunday evening Who is the mole? watched and got the giggles that I can only have with you. So incredibly proud of you. To the moon and back, to infinity and beyond.’
The photos raise one question among her followers. Why is Mees only half in the picture and do we mainly see Bridget in the picture? ‘A text like that and then your child half on it. Then who is it about?’ one wonders. Bridget explains how the fork is in the stem. ‘Mees didn’t let me put the whole picture on it. Compromise.’
That Mees means everything to Bridget becomes clear during her conversation with Beau Beau Island.
