Precisely because the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) takes place this year exclusively as a virtual event and not on site in Las Vegas (Nevada / USA), it is an ideal place for tire manufacturers to present future-oriented products and solutions. Bridgestone was of the same opinion; the manufacturer will present itself at CES 2021 as “a leading global provider of sustainable mobility and innovative solutions” with its so-called “Bridgestone World”. With regard to products in particular, the manufacturer presents a wheel-tire concept called Airfree for use on commercial vehicles. Also to be seen for the first time in “Bridgestone World”: the new technology for OTR tires called Mastercore.
