CHICAGO, Illinois.- Chicago firefighters reported that a fire, which occurred Friday morning in Chicago’s South Side Bridgeport neighborhood, left at least four firefighters injured.

The fire broke out around 7:15 a.m. in a building near 27th Street and Lowe Avenue.

Chicago firefighters said at least four firefighters were being transferred for medical attention, but their injuries did not appear to be life-threatening.
