A policeman who was caught under surveillance for taking bribes tried to escape by swallowing the bribe money. The incident took place in Faridabad, Haryana. Mahendra Ula, a sub-inspector policeman, accepted the bribe in the cattle theft case.
When the supervisor learned of the information, she tried to escape by swallowing the bribe money. The video is widely circulated on social media and also shows the police officers trying to withdraw money by putting their hands in the policeman’s mouth.
He demanded a bribe of Rs 10,000 from the owner of the buffalo, Shubhanath, to take the accused into custody in connection with the cattle theft case. He had already paid a bribe of Rs 6000 and informed the supervisor before paying the remaining amount.
