Brian May from Queen invited the 11-year-old guitarist from “Got Talent”, Harry Churchill, to perform, who charmed the star with how he performed in the program, among others Queen hits. May made him an offer during a Zoom conversation that went viral.
11 years old Harry Churchill was the hero of the latest British edition “I have a talent”. He recently lost in the semi-finals, but he can still have a lot to be happy about. He charmed all four judges as well as the viewers of the program with his performance at the audition stage.
He played the parts brilliantly on the guitar “Bohemian Rhapsody” and “We Will Rock You”, Queen hits. He also showed off his confidence, because towards the end he jumped on the judges’ table and started playing, holding the guitar behind his head. The jurors called him the king of rock’n’roll and he was told “yes” four times.
Perhaps even more important for the boy was that the recording of his performance reached one of his idols, Briana Mayathe guitarist of the band Queen and he was delighted with his talent.

“Harry rocks! I had to write about it here. Congrats to Harry’ego Churchill. Harry rocked the guitar in ‘Got Talent’,” May wrote about the boy on his Instagram. In turn, after Harry’s semi-final performance, which, however, did not give him promotion to the final stage, the 75-year-old in another post appreciated his “astounding courage, professionalism and dignity.” “Respect, Harry. Be sure – it’s not over. This is just the beginning. You still have so much time. You did an excellent job, my friend,” he consoled the boy.
A surprising gift for the semi-finalist of “Got Talent”. He will perform with the leader of Queen
A few days later, May gave Harry another surprise. The boy was waiting for a video call on Zoom with his agent, when the guitarist of the group appeared unexpectedly on the other side of the camera Queen.
“I wonder what we could do together because the program is not everything and I had a crazy idea,” May asked Harry. He revealed that he will soon be performing a concert in honor of one of the pioneers of rock guitar playing, James Burtonwhich is his authority (Burton was a member of the band for many years Elvis Presleya). A concert at the London Palladium theater where the celebrated guitarist will be present. “I thought you might want to come and even play” – he gave the guitar adept an unusual invitation.
“What?! That sounds pretty good,” said a shocked and excited Harry, clutching his head. The boy, of course, accepted the offer, and later the two gave a virtual high five. Their online chat later made its way onto Maya’s YT channel.
