EU leaders will travel to the UK to re -discuss Brexit in May
European Council President Antonio Costa said the summit will focus on one “A closer relationship that we will be able to build together.”
It is reported that Kir Starmer is set to host EU leaders at a Brexit Summit in the United Kingdom on May 19 to discuss his plans to restore Britain’s relationship with the bloc.
Speaking at a press conference late at night after meeting with the British Prime Minister on Monday, European Council President Antonio Costa said the meeting would focus on creation “Of the closer relationship that we will be able to build together.”
European Commission President Ursula von der Laien also confirmed that the meeting will take place in May and will take place in Britain.

“Today we talked about defense and security, but the United Kingdom and the European Union want to do more together”Costa told reporters.

Since he took over his duties last year, the Labor Prime Minister has pledged to “restore” relations with the EU – which were often frozen under the previous Conservative government.
The May Summit is expected to enrich the details of the reinstatement, which has so far been characterized by warm words on both sides, but minimal policy details.
The form of the meeting and whether the Member States will participate has not been confirmed.
