Two people died and four others were after an explosion registered in a building that was used as a refrigeration workshop in the 14 block of Arica avenue, in the Lima district of Breña.
This was confirmed to RPP News the departmental chief of the Lima Fire Department, Mario Cassaretto, who maintained that an explosion was registered in the place that left two dead, a foreign citizen and a Peruvian. He added that the wounded were transferred to hospitals Almenara and Loayza.
“The shop has had a gas leak or a possible deflagration or perhaps an explosion. There are four wounded, two of them have been displaced by the SAMU to the Almenara Hospital and the others to the Loayza, ”he said.
