Bremen: An unknown man attacks a jeweler on Böttcherstrasse in Bremen

The man threatened the worker and was able to escape with gold jewellery. Here’s what the police are reporting. She is now looking for witnesses.

The perpetrator came into the store on Wednesday afternoon and said he wanted to see the show. According to police, he then pushed an object into the employee’s back, which she believed to be a gun. Then the stranger grabbed the gold jewelry, put it in a backpack and ran out of the store. When he left the store, he hit passers-by and a clothes rack, but he was able to escape towards Martinistrasse.

According to the police, the person who committed the crime was about 35 to 40 years old and 180 centimeters tall. He spoke Italian, had short black hair and a short beard. His clothes were dark. Witnesses should inform the crime investigation service.
