Brembo has signed an agreement for the acquisition of 100 percent of the capital of SBS Friction A/S, Danish company, which develops and manufactures brake pads in sintered and organic materials for motorcycles, particularly innovative and eco-friendly.
The operation will make it possible to integrate a strategic component such as the brake pad in the current range of Brembo products, with particular attention to the environment and further strengthening its leadership in the motorcycle sector.
This acquisition is in line with the new mission of Brembo to become an authoritative “solution provider”, to respond to the new paradigms of sustainable mobility and offer the
best driving experience.
