Riad | The outreach was organized as part of World Breast Cancer Month by Hadiya Women’s Academy as part of the Central Province Indian Cultural Foundation (ICF). Laparoscopic consultant surgeon Dr. Afra Abdurrahman took a course on breast cancer risk in expatriate women.
Expat housewives are prone to breast cancer due to a high-fat diet. Lifestyle factors, including irregular sleep and lack of exercise, are the causes of breast cancer. The doctor explained the means of self-examination and said that there is nothing to fear if the treatment is given early.
A video presentation was also held presenting the activities and achievements of the Hadiya Women’s Academy. The event was organized by the Hadiya Women’s Academy Saudi National Raiza Mumtaz Salim Palachira. Zainaba Abdurrahman (central Raisa province) welcomed and Nuju Mujeeb thanked.
