Additionally, in audio recordings, the detained individuals described their methods of operation in the province of Sullana, Piura.

During the intervention, they arrested Yonaider Barragán Padilla (20)known as «The Jeton«, of Colombian nationality, already Rosa Amelia Guatarama Morales (35)nicknamed «The gonorrhea«, of Venezuelan nationality.
The Police arrested the two foreigners for their alleged participation in extortion crimes related to the practice known as “Drop by drop«, as well as for usury. In addition, they face accusations of tax crimes related to tax fraud and money laundering.
After the arrest, both were detained at the police station so that the specialized police and the representative of the Public ministry will carry out the corresponding investigations.
