“Yes, that’s right,” said Deputy Chairman of the Gerindra Party, Habiburokhman, confirming the news on Saturday (24/6/2023).
According to information, Desmond passed away at Mayapada Hospital. The funeral home is located at Jalan Saco 1 No.1, RT1/RW4, Ragunan, Pasar Minggu, City of South Jakarta.
Desmond was known as a ’98 activist who later became a politician from the Gerindra party. Born in Banjarmasin on December 12, 1965, Desmond currently served as Deputy Chairman of Commission III DPR RI. He was elected as a member of the Republic of Indonesia DPR for the 2019/2024 period, representing the Banten II electoral district (Dapil).
