Jeje Govinda’s mother, Farida Budyarti, passed away. The body has arrived at the funeral home, Lebak Bulus area, South Jakarta.
The body of Syahnaz Sadiqah’s mother-in-law arrived at the funeral home at around 12.32 WIB using a San Diego Hills hearse, Monday (11/12/2023).
Several relatives were seen waiting for the body at the funeral home. Someone got out of the hearse crying. Meanwhile, the body of Jeje Govinda’s mother was lowered from the back door of the car. Farida Budyarti’s condition at that time was already covered with a shroud.
Suddenly several families appeared from inside the funeral home who were crying. Sadness and mourning surround Jeje Govinda’s extended family.
Information regarding the departure of Jeje Govinda’s mother was announced through the artist’s upload on social media. Jeje’s wife, Syahnaz Sadiqah, also uploaded a photo together with her mother-in-law during the Umrah.
“Innalillahi wa innailaihi rojiun. Passed away to Rahmatullah, our beloved mother, Mrs. Farida Budyarti on Monday, December 11 2023 at 8.30 WIB at Siloam Semanggi Hospital,” wrote Jeje Govinda.
Syahnaz Sadiqah, as her daughter-in-law, also uploaded a photo while she was in Mecca with her husband and mother-in-law. Syahnaz uploaded the photo in black and white.
“Mama Farida Budyarti, the mother of my husband @ritchieismail, has passed away. Please pray for everyone,” wrote Syahnaz.
“Mama is no longer sick now Ma.. God willing, husnul khotimah.. amen,” he continued.
When the mother died, LOL Govinda currently recording Govinda’s latest single at Abbey Road Studios London, England. Jeje’s departure to England was also followed by Syahnaz and their children.
The body of Jeje Govinda’s mother will reportedly be buried on Tuesday (12/12/2023). The family wants to wait for Jeje’s arrival from London.
Jeje’s manager, Tina, told detikcom that Jeje Govinda and Syahnaz immediately returned to Indonesia today. They took a flight at around 10.00 London time and will arrive in Indonesia tomorrow.
“Yes, I will go straight back (to Indonesia), I will arrive in Indonesia tomorrow,” said Tina, Jeje’s manager to detikcom, Monday (11/12/2023).
