DINAR Candy So the suspect in the pornography case for protesting against PPKM by wearing a bikini. This was said directly by the South Jakarta Metro Police Chief, Kombes Pol Azis Andriansyah.
“We have upgraded the status to the investigation stage,” said Pol Kombes Azis Andriansyah, Thursday (5/8/2021).
For the determination of the status of a suspect, Dinar Candy is threatened with severe criminal sanctions.
“We apply Article 36 of Law No. 44 of 2008. The penalty is 10 years,” said Azis.
Even so, the South Jakarta Metro Police did not arrest Dinar Candy.
“Because the person concerned is cooperative,” said Azis.
