The number of new coronavirus infections in Korea (Corona 19) daily is still recording four digits.

The Central Defense Response Headquarters announced that as of 0 o’clock on the 26th, the number of new corona19 confirmed cases increased by 1,132 to a cumulative 5,5902.

This was down by 109 from the previous day’s maximum of 1241, but it continued to be four digits for two consecutive days. It is also the second most record ever.

Looking at the infection route of the new confirmed patients on this day, 1104 local outbreaks and 28 foreign inflows were counted.

The number of confirmed cases of local outbreaks estimated to have been infected in the community decreased by 112 from the previous day (1216).

As the domestic Corona 19’third pandemic’ began in earnest from the middle of last month, the number of new confirmed cases recently rose to 1000 people a day and then soared to 1,200 the day before, and then fell slightly.

From the 20th to this day, the number of new confirmed cases for the past week was 1097 → 926 → 867 → 1090 → 985 → 1241 → 1132 each day.

More than 100 new cases have been confirmed for the 7th week from the 8th of last month to this day.
