Last week the news came that actress Suzanne Somers had died.
Now the official cause of death is clear, writes The Beast.
Somers died early in the morning on Sunday 15 October as a result of the breast cancer having spread to the brain, writes The Blast, which has obtained the death certificate.
She lived to be 76 years old.
– Suzanne was surrounded by her loving husband Alan, son Bruce and immediate family, said agent R. Couri Hay.

During an interview with Entertainment Tonight this summer, Somers stated that she would continue to fight the cancer.
– I have lived with cancer since I was in my 20s. And every time that little crap comes up, I keep fighting back. I am doing my best not to let this horrible disease control me.
The actress said that she got a lump in her stomach every time the cancer returned.
– Then I put on my armor and go to war. This is a familiar war zone for me and I am very tough.
At the time, she thanked her husband and children for their support through the illness.
Somers is known from “Three’s Company” and “Step by Step”.
