The only consolation was the comparatively mild temperatures. But that should also be over by the weekend – snow and cold are just around the corner.
There will be a first foretaste of the coming winter weather on Thursday night: According to the German Weather Service (DWD) forecast, the thermometer in the city will drop to 0 degrees. The sky is overcast, there is rain. During the day it will remain very cloudy, light precipitation is possible, with a maximum of 4 degrees. The wind will blow light to moderately, in Hamburg probably for the entire rest of the week.

Friday will also remain cloudy, with snowfall also possible. The temperatures are around freezing point. On Saturday night the temperatures will fall even further, it will be as cold as 5 degrees below zero.
