Rams: Cooper Kupp leaving?
According to The Athletic, the Rams would be open to a trade for Cooper Kupp (WR). The Los Angeles franchise has already contacted other teams and is looking for a second round of draft.
Los Angeles would even be ready to cover part of the player’s salary to facilitate his departure. He must receive $9.1 million this season, then $20 million in 2025 and $19.85 million in 2026.
Cooper Kupp hasn’t played since Sept. 15, when he suffered a severe ankle sprain. Selected in the third round in 2017, he spent his entire career with the Rams. In 2021, he earned Offensive Player of the Year, Super Bowl MVP and a ring.
