Brazilian Star Everton Ribeiro Announces Retirement from Flamengo After 7 Distinguished Years

Sultan Al Ali (Dubai)
Brazilian star Everton Ribeiro announced the end of his career with Flamengo after 7 years in which he achieved many numbers with the big team. He represented Shabab Al-Ahly before moving to Flamengo, and he will remain in our league’s memory as one of the distinguished and enjoyable players in terms of industry and skill.
Ribeiro spent 7 distinguished years with Flamengo as captain of the senior team, and during this career he achieved 11 titles, most notably the Libertadores Cup twice and the Brazilian League twice.
The numbers indicate that the Brazilian magician played 391 matches with Flamengo in all competitions, in which he contributed 106 goals, scoring 45 goals and making 61 goals. The 2019 and 2020 seasons remain his best with Flamengo, as he contributed 17 goals in the first and 19 goals in the second.
It is worth noting that Ribeiro signed his transfer contract to the Brazilian club Bahia for two seasons, a team that narrowly escaped relegation last season by one point.
