Brazilian footballer Neymar dreamed of joining the MLS at the end of his career

“I don’t know, I doubt it enough. I don’t know if I’ll ever play in Brazil again,” he said when asked about the possibility of returning to his home country. “Actually, I’d love to play in the US. I’d like to spend at least one season there,” he said.

As one of the reasons MLS attracts him, Neymar mentioned a shorter season that would help him prolong his career. “First of all, the season is shorter there, so I would have three months off. So I could play for many more years,” he said with a laugh.

Neymar is not yet clear about how long he wants to continue with football. “I’m joking with my friends that I’m done when I’m 32. But honestly I don’t know. I’ll play until I’m mentally tired. If I’m okay mentally and physically, I think I have a few more years ahead of me. I have a PSG contract in my 34 years old, so I will play at least until then, “he said.
