  • In addition to breaking Brazil’s unbeaten six-game winless match, Colombia was the first team to go into halftime beating the Brazilian team since Argentina did so in November 2019 (both 1-0). However, Argentina ended up winning that match (1-0) and Colombia suffered the comeback (2-1 for Brazil).

  • Tite surpassed Sebastião Lazaroni as the second coach with the most CONMEBOL Copa América matches without defeats (8 to 7). The only one who remains above Tite is Mario Zagallo, who did not lose in 12 appearances in the tournament (10V 2E).
