SÃO PAULO, Dec 29 (Reuters) – Brazil’s main stock index closed higher on Tuesday, renewing a historic intraday high of around 120,000 points, with CSN and Usiminas among the biggest gains in the penultimate trading session of 2020.
The Bovespa closed with an increase of 0.24%, at 119,407.50 points, according to preliminary data, having reached 119,860 points at its best. The closing record is 119,527 points. (Reporting by Paula Arend Laier)
