The Brazilian national futsal team is pulling out all the stops in preparation for the Copa America which takes place this year. The competition is held from January 29 to February 6, 2022 in Paraguay. A friendly match is planned next Saturday for the Seleçao de futsal.

The coach of the Brazilian national futsal team, Xavier Marquinhos, has concocted his list of players in preparation for the Copa America 2022. The Seleção and their 15 called-up players, all playing in clubs abroad, will have to mind to keep his title.
The national team engages in friendly opposition on January 15, 2022 before heading to the city of Serra Gaùcha where it will carry out its preparations until January 26, 2022, before leaving for Paraguay the next day. In 12 editions of the Copa America de Futsal, reigning champions Brazil have won 10.
