Brazil comes out of silence for the replacement of Tite

“The Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) reiterates that the president of the body, Ednaldo Rodrigues, has not appointed or authorized anyone from the confederation (vice presidents, directors, managers or employees) or outside the confederation (presidents of federations or club managers ) to seek, on behalf of the Presidency, any football coach or professional to compose the team that will work with the Brazilian men’s football team. […] The announcement of the new head coach and technical commission will not be made until January 2023,” the CBF communicated on Monday.

“Whoever talks about it will not tell the truth”

President Ednaldo Rodrigues, responsible for recruitment, also spoke. “I don’t even tell my family. Consequently, no director or employee of the CBF is authorized to speak about the future of the Selection. Anyone who speaks about it will not be telling the truth, as well as damaging the work of the press and misinforming the fans. It is disrespectful. The whole process will be carried out with total impartiality, the necessary time and study, ”he said in the remarks reported by Onze Mondial.
